Application

It can be used for heat treatment for metal parts, welding the hinges of spectacles rim, sealing the injection glass bottles, fusing the lead or tin alloy plates for storage batteries, cutting&fusing quartz or fine parts, peeling off FPC of computers, fusing LED chips & thermocouple, welding jewelry made of gold, silver, copper, lead, tin casting, etc. and polishing irregular acrylic surface.

How to Operate

1. Prepare 800 to 1000 ml of purified water.

2. Add the electrolytic powder(200-250g)into the purified water and stir it evenly (avoid skin contact with the electrolytic powder which is corrosive).

3. Add about one-third of the purified water to the pressure tank.

4. Connect the gas pipe to ignite and complete the installation.

Notes

1. Comes with an European Plug / American Plug, you don’t need to buy an adapter that suits voltage.

2. This package does not contain electrolytic powder. And the ratio of water and powder is: 4:1.

3. It is recommended to use industrial alcohol to filter the produced gas. If not, you can also use clean water instead.

4. It is suitable for polishing acrylic plates within 5mm. It can only polish the material which is made from Acrylic and can only melt small metal like needle tips.

5. When using this machine, please pay attention to the safety of electricity and take necessary protective measures. Please use a plug with ground wire. And it should be kept out of reach of children daily. Water is forbidden inside the machine because there are many electric parts.

6. Please do not wear loose clothing, scarves, ties, or hand jewelry when operating to avoid danger from being caught in moving or rotating parts.

7. The electrolytic solution is highly corrosive. Ignition is forbidden without pressure inside the machine.

8. Please do not open the shell before powering off.

9. Clean electrolytic cells every two months. Release the left gas after you shut down the machine.

10. Please read the English manual carefully before using it and keep the manual for reference.

11. Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before you order.
