The pellet machine arrived quickly from the European warehouse. Delivery took about 10 days from the order. I have assembled the machine, but the user experience is still limited.

I received mold with holes of the wrong size (3mm instead of 6mm).
Both the seller and Alibaba refused to replace the wrong piece.
I had to buy the correct mold.
There was a damage during transport (axis of a wheel was bend): I repaired it, no reimbursement was given.
The only solution offered was “ship back to China at Your expense, and we give back your money”!
